Philosophy of Happiness for me is calmness in life. Calmness too can be temporary like happiness like some moments that we get during relaxation, we usually relax everyday, we need this either as a period of rest or recharging. This calmness that we look for and find everyday is a small dose of happiness which keeps things going for us.
Most of us do different things to get this calmness which encapsulates real happiness, we read books, play games, listen to music, watch movies, even attend jobs to engage our mind, all these activities provide a temporary relief which provides some relief for few hours.
