Adopting Positive Approach In Life Can Improve Positive Thoughts

Positive or Negative thoughts play an important role in every human life. If we have natural or self improved positive thinking we can expect more positive changes in our life while negative thinking will make even good things bad.

I cannot describe its importance in words, as it plays a role in every sphere of life. Definitely we all want to develop positive thinking and improve the existing thought power but is it possible and how long will it last. We all learn new things everyday, but nothing stays for more then a few hours or days. Why?

Well, its depends on the intensity of realization, if we feel strongly about something then it will stay with us, in our memory and actions for a longer duration and if something only touches us lightly then it will soon fade away. Understanding some basic principles of life can help us to adopt positive approach in life, that will last longer and will considerably improve our positive thinking over the time.

Positive Thinking Is An Art of Living

A single negative thought can play a havoc in our life, its like a rotten apple which spoils all other apples in the basket. If we can adopt a positive approach in life we can cross almost all hurdles of life more conveniently. Positive thinking is actually an art of living, a strong support of mutual co-existence on this planet.

We can look at nature, is it positive or negative, does nature help everyone on this planet, is it helping survival on this planet. Are animals, plants and other forms of lives surviving on this planet, spreading a positive signal of peaceful co-existence.

We never knew the answer, nor did we cared about it until we faced sudden issues that are disturbing our comfortable lifestyle on this planet right now and with a higher intensity in future, if they remain unresolved. The issue were global warming, health problems, social issues, mental problems, unrest in society, pointed to our negative approach, our negative tendency to do things by keeping our welfare in mind without looking at the welfare of our planet, its nature, diversified lives.

Problems we face today have roots in our past actions, our approach at that point of time, positive thinking is not a personal welfare scheme its about global wellness. How can we think of developing a positive approach in life for personal welfare with a narrow mindedness. “Live and let live” is the basic principle of life and if do not understand it, we should not expect development of a permanent real positive thinking.

Peaceful Co-existence Is Possible

We must understand and learn that peaceful coexistence is possible and necessary for survival of this planet and its living beings in its existing form. If we have some doubt (about this) then we may not be able to proceed any further as subconsciously our mind will try to create hurdles in one form or another. Peaceful coexistence is not a theory, its not a philosophical principle alone, its a fact and now we even have scientific proofs in its favor.

Our own personal happiness and well-being depends on others, our ecosystem is a natural society. A happy society creates a positive atmosphere which improve confidence and positive thinking, on the other hand if things are not well around us then it will effect our mentality and ultimately our own well-being.

Positive Thinking Develops by Adopting Positive Approach

Reading top 10 tips to a stronger positive thinking or listing to music and playing games will definitely help us to stay calm and positive but they will last soon as they are based on an activity which is not based on any lasting logic. A permanent, habitual positive thinking can only take place if we adopt a positive approach in life, understand things as they are. It will not only change our life but it will change life of our family and friends. A positive approach starts working subconsciously, we may not notice but it works and spreads itself to other nook and corners.

Modern Hypnosis is An Art of Developing Positive Thoughts

Today people are more interested in learning hypnosis as they see a number of immediate benefits from learning this art. There are a number of books, videos and other material which is commercially available everywhere teaching hypnosis for positive thinking, still people fail to reach anywhere after reading, watching and practicing those lessons. Most of them do not get anything they fail to develop any positive approach, instead they get a negative feeling, that it was just a marketing trap.

We must understand that hypnosis is a art of developing positive views, positive thoughts because they are very important to discover a successful life. Learning hypnosis with a narrow mindedness without adopting a universal approach will not work, because its against the basic principle of life, its principle of peaceful co-existence. We cannot think about personal progress at the cost of others.

How do we find happiness and where? There is no definite place where one can find happiness. There is no single abode for happiness either its available to everyone everywhere or for someone it is nowhere. Its strange but its true. Anyway, we are not supposed to consider negative things here as this is not the right place for such discussions. Negative things leads to negative realizations in life and positive things to positive realization. We can think of this world as good or bad (although both are true) but in reality what we get is what we sought.


There are so many ways to find happiness. A child can find happiness in a dress, a terrorist can find happiness in explosives and explosions. So, it is you who decides where can you find similarity between happiness and an activity (or happiness without any activity). I will like to list some common places and instances of happiness in our day to day life. A happiness that frequently strikes our vision, the most common philosophy of happiness.

Common instances of Happiness
  • A writer can find happiness in his/her writings. 
  • A reader can find happiness in books/magazines/periodicals. 
  • A lover can find happiness in dating his/her love. 
  • A webmaster can find happiness in successful maintenance of web services. 
  • A teenager can find happiness in his/her looks. 
  • An internet marketer can find happiness in growing sales. 
  • A husband/wife can find happiness in company of his/her spouse. 
  • A job seeker can find happiness in a job. 
  • A forex trader can find happiness in profitable forex trades. 
  • A philosopher can find happiness in his/her philosophy. 
  • An actor can find happiness in acting. 
  • A girl can find happiness in her beauty and fitness. 
  • A blogger can find happiness in his/her blog posts, comments, visitors. 
  • An artist can find happiness in art. 
  • A model can find happiness in cat walks. 
  • An animal can find happiness in food. 
  • An astronomer can find happiness in searching a new star/planet. 
  • Parents can find happiness in child. 
  • A teacher can find happiness in students. 
  • A newspaper in its circulations. 
  • A press release in reach. 
  • An athlete in sports. 
  • An adulterated adult in porn. 
  • A sick person in wellness.

These are some common places and instances of finding happiness, although it is not everlasting or permanent as its time bound and action bound. The moment that action is over or that situation changes this feeling vanishes. It can be there for a day or hour or some seconds and absconds the very next moment.

Supported Happiness

The type of happiness that we just saw above is not an absolute happiness. I call it supported happiness, as it is only available when there is an external support, the moment this support is lost, we loose that feeling immediately.

Supported happiness is also responsible for mood swings to some extent, the day we can’t find a reason to smile, our mood hits back. This supported happiness isn’t a real happiness but its virtual. Its just a glimpse of what actually exists, it only provides us with a shade of happiness.

Today we all live with it and that is all we expect in our day to day life because we actually not aware of any other type of happiness which can last forever, which exists without a support. Everybody Has a Right to Survive

Everything Has A Right to Survive

Nature not only protects every form of life but it also bestows the right to survive. We humans are humans and cannot think or act like nature we can only try imitating the nature as per our understanding.

Right to survive means right to exist and play its role good or bad as is naturally intended. Although today, we are more developed(in many aspects) but there are many other aspects of human psychology, human brain when may not be relevant, valuable in today’s environment which are actually shrinking. Most of our approaches today are counter-productive and some of them can be fatal in long run.

Right to exist means, that something is left untouched, unchanged as it naturally exists, even if it seems to be useless or waste to us or our modern thinking.

Whether I’m beautiful or ugly, if someone is interested in maintaining that state as it naturally is then he/she should have the option.


Everything Has A Right to Survive


May be we have forgot this message of the nature but environment problems, shrinking ozone layer, economic recession, ecological balance are all a clear indication that nature is not supporting our actions and in order to survive we must make some changes and improvements in our lifestyle.


What we think or know may not be correct? All our theories of life and happiness are based on our on interpretation of law of nature, we increased production using artificial techniques, we tried to add taste using artificial flavors, self life using preservatives. Now we are struggling with health problems, some dreaded disease.


We Cannot Escape from Nature


Some of us think that they can stay away from natural surrounding (that they have created) and protect themselves from its negative consequence. Well, it is not feasible, a man cannot survive in artificial environment, an environment which is surrounded by non-living things like air conditioner, water purifier, electronic communicator etc.


If we are living thing then its our natural tendency to enjoy natural surrounding. Artificial objects and surroundings are only non-living and suitable to store non-living things. If a living things is stored there (stays there) he/she is likely to develop some problem because its not his nature.


Enjoy the Right to Survive and Enjoy Life


Let everyone enjoy this life, whether its plants or animals, flora or fauna, insects and you too will enjoy this life. Nature knows how to maintain this balance of survival and maintain the right of survival for everyone. In other words ‘Live and Let others Live‘.

We cannot deny this right to anyone because 1) We are not above nature, if nature is supporting anything we cannot go against its wish completely. 2) Denying anything to anyone which is not directly supplied by us is not a positive approach, it is not our business to mind someone else business or survival. We can only control our own self, our own style.


Diversification Is Life

Life cannot be monotonous, predictable its diversified, uncertain and thus enjoyable. Things that happen aren’t always predetermined, even if an event is scheduled it can be canceled manually or due to circumstances, nevertheless we cannot predict this beforehand. It only becomes clear at the occasion.

All these thinks play some role, help people with a positive mindset, who adopt positive approach in life. These people don’t expect anything, they only take the right decision at the right time which we call a positive step, a positive approach.

The diversified, self-contradicting nature of life, opens doors for survival of everyone, it gives a chance for survival of everything (even rumors, predictions, principles, assumptions, theories etc., etc.).  Some people start worrying as they cannot bear uncertainty while other enjoy life and stay happy as they know and understand that circumstance do not have a direct role, they are only temporary situations which often changes frequently.


What Are We Doing Today

Today we are trying to snatch this right from everything including nature, plants, animals and life. Today we are not living life we are just surviving, we have tried to accumulate most efficient things in life, we try to get most out of 24 hours in a day, yet we are moving away from peace, harmony, nature and life. Now a days we are discriminating things as good and bad, things which are considered bad are not allowed to exist, we think we know more then what nature does.
